Within the US, all orders over $150 ship free via USPS, or occasionally, UPS. There is a $5.75 flat-rate cost for orders under $150. 

Starting January 2024, international shipping is available worldwide, excluding Mainland China, Russia, Ukraine, Iran, and Panama. 

Orders can be placed directly from the shop. There is a flat rate that varies country-to-country, but sample orders will typically range from $17 USD to $22 USD, and boxed orders, from $21 USD to $32 USD (Asia and Oceania representing the higher price range). Delivery usually takes between 5 to 21 days, averaging 7 to 10. There should not be any import fees, unless particular services are requested. Lead times may vary due to order volume. Orders are typically fulfilled and shipped within 72 hours. During high-volume periods, such as new release events, it is not uncommon for Havenhollow to receive 100 orders on the first day. During these periods, lead times are expected to increase as orders are processed in the order they were placed. While highly unlikely, please allow up to 7 days for orders placed on release days to be fulfilled and shipped. We work nonstop to fulfill orders in a timely manner, but your patience and understanding is most appreciated during these busier periods. 

 

All bottles are shipped in a highly secure and protected manner. There has yet to be a breakage, nor is there ever expected to be one. If your order fails to arrive, or arrives unusable, you will be taken care of.
